    Rude very rude drive-thru employees also manager has no control over her staff being in a small town they should really value the local business which they clearly don't based on their customer service skills

    I live near here so I go here a fair bit, they almost always screw up your order in one way or another. Usually the food is ice cold and more often than not they give you the wrong items. I'd highly recommend going to a different McDonald's. Employees need some reading lessons.

    I was passing by Airdrie on Xmas Day 2025 & decided to do a quick drive thru at this location. I was amazed by the service provided by Rebecca, Ritta & another lovely lady at the food pick-up window (who I don't remember the name for). All 3 of them are assets to the McDonald's Edmonton Trail, Airdrie.

    Didn't give us straws and my drink is Wyeth Watery one drink was fill half ways they be acting like everything is coming out of there pocket million dollar fast food restaurants and they ain't giving straws

    Talk about horrible service when you tell them they make a mistake on the order and you tell them common sense isn't very common I'm the one that gets in trouble and being told to leave wow talk about store that can't handle criticism this is Canada I have a right to express my feelings without being rude if you can't handle criticism get out of the service industry if you got it right the first time we wouldn't have had that conversation. Find a new job I will find a new place for breakfast lots of other options in town
