I have been purchasing coffee from this location for approximately 1.5 years, and none of the other staff have behaved the way this particular employee does. On multiple occasions, I have received coffee that was not prepared correctly—no sugar, not hot, and far from the “double double” I always order. When I asked for it to be corrected, I was told to “just add extra sugar,” which is unacceptable and unprofessional. This is not an isolated incident; this employee consistently displays the same dismissive attitude. As someone who also works in customer service, I know this behaviour would not be tolerated anywhere else. Unless this issue is addressed, I will no longer be purchasing coffee from this location whenever she is the one serving. The overall customer experience has declined to a level that makes it impossible to recommend this McDonald’s to anyone.
