  Just ate from this location and it was absolutely terrible! Took food "to go" and wish I'd checked it before I'd left the restaurant. Had deluxe chicken sandwich...cold and coating felt like it had been sitting out for a while, no tomato, WAY too much mayo on both upper and lower buns. Fries were extremely salty and stone cold. Gravy was very thick and peppery! Plus, expensive for bad food!! Second time trying this location as it's closer. Had bad experience first time too. I don't think I'll be giving it a third shot. Seems change in management didn't improve anything!

  If I can give 0 stars, it will be 0 for sure. 2 times I gave this location a chance despite of the bad reviews because it's closer to us. But still very slow. We waited for a long time at the drive tru even though the orders were done ahead thru mobile app. I will just go order in the other location where I used to order all the time.

  Great service, friendly conversation and the food was so good. I had the popcorn chicken bucket that they had on special and it was such a great deal.

  Went through the drive through this evening at 7:45 pm. Ordered a 4 piece meal for my son. Said they only had 2 breasts and 2 drumsticks. Otherwise I had to wait 13 minutes. We had no time to wait, so I asked for a discount. They discounted my order $1.33 It seems as though the grocery stores aren’t the only place experiencing “shrinkflation”… ! Here is an example of their drumstick on the right and the one on the left is from my chicken I bought at the superstore yesterday ! Where are you getting your chickens from KFC ? You need todo better Also, not really impressed with this new location in Airdrie. No apologies, just attitude!

  Since we can't order from the edmonton trail location anymore, I was excited to be able to order online without using skip or Uber. But little did I know they dont have drivers. After 20 mins after my order was suppose to be there I started calling, no answer. Call the 1866 # they transfer to that store and it went to voicemail right away. My husband got on the phone to get a refund, with another #. I kept calling the store, they finally answered and said sorry we dont have drivers you have to order through skip or Uber. I just spent $70. If you dont have drivers then dont have that option available on the website.
