First time ordering food from here, and it was a terrible experience. I ordered the cheeseburger, fries, and milkshake, and the only good thing was the milkshake. The burger was thrown together and tasted horrible. It was undercooked and poorly made. The fries were soggy and salted unnecessarily heavily with tons of oil upon biting into them. Overpriced food for lack of taste and undercooked meals is a terrible first impression. I will not be eating from here again.

Normally love eating here, however tonight both patties on my cheeseburger were raw in the middle. Super disappointing for the price of the burgers as I couldn’t finish eating it like that. Shouldn’t have to worry about receiving a raw burger from a well established burger place. Be careful.

It shouldn't be drama going to get something to eat at a local spot with good food but here we are. This is my second poor encounter with the manager at this location. Very unprofessional! If you want to stand behind the counter and talk about customers after they have left the store, you should make sure you wait until they have left the parking lot and ensure they can't lip read. It's unfortunate because this spot has always been a favourite and the rest of the staff is great. Do better, be better!

Food and staff are awesome. Can we please stop asking for a tip before we even receive the service or food? Tips reflect the service and food quality. I am not being waited on and have to clean up after myself. Why is there a tip option?

This is the response I got from their so called customer service, which of course has no way to respond. That offer was part of a limited weekend promotion and is no longer active. We can’t extend or replace codes from that promotion, but we’ll have additional promotions launching soon! I recommend keeping an eye on your email or our social channels for the next offer. If they had properly looked at the complaint, they would have seen the visit took place over the weekend of the promotion. When it costs 80$+ for a family of 4, you need to have some customer service with that.
