    Buyer beware when you try to use their Dairy Queen coupons that they provide in the mail as I try to use a DQ or blizzard cake valid on 8 inch or larger for seven dollars off. went and bought a heart shaped cake and they would not accept the coupon because it didn’t say Heart but nowhere on the coupon stated that it excludes Cupid or heart shape cakes. The Young girl who was helping me walked away then I asked a young boy standing in the corner to help me, and was stated that he had to listen to his manager once the manager came up because the coupon would not scanThe manager would not override and except the coupon even though they were in the wrong, extremely disappointed on how it was handled by the manager who would not just accept the coupon and make a sale and walked away while I was speaking to her wonderful customer service not she’d rather sit in dispute with a customer in front of potential customers who ended up leaving as well. Update I contact Dairy Queen complaint as stated below by owner and was provided a verification code to use but I ended up going to the lovely new Dairy Queen in Crossfield and they accepted the coupon for heart shaped cake that was perfect for my little girl’s birthday

    Seriously?! Just got this in drive thru! You charge me like $4 bucks for these like 15 fries. No wonder your restaurants are going under. What a rip off. This location on Edmonton trail, Airdrie is the worst for stealing people’s money and giving little or no food. And of course no napkins or ketchup for said 15 fries!!! 🙄

    If you’re going to have folks speaking to other folks on a drive thru speaker, they should really learn basic customer service skills and kindness. I felt like I ordered my food from someone forced to work there she sounded so unhappy.. basic hello and thankyou goes along way in business today, even if you are fast food.

    The staff is horrible they touch and grab my bag without consent and they are not welcome and the staffs tone is hostile would not recommend and I want the staff fired
