    Shannon and Jeanette were so knowledgeable of the loan agreement and contract and how it all works! They were also very kind and prepared for their customers with children because they had plenty of crayons and markers and my kids were busy drawing the whole time! If there was a contest for the best, most professional and kindest customer service worker in superior Wisconsin, I would definitely choose these two for the winners. Just their kindness and the smiles on their faces made my children and I just have a better day. . They just made our day.
