- AMAnthony MunozApr 21, 20251.0After submitting my tax documents to Alicia unknown last name, very strange, she was supposed to file a tax extension for me, give me an estimated tax bill amount, and at minimum follow up with me. After a week, I called and she was promising services and to call me the same day (still after April 15) and she never called. I’ve been attempting to reach her, where no one answers the phone. Once I made contact with the receptionist, I learned she took time off. It’s been 2 weeks and she has not reached out to me. This is very unprofessional and slightly strange. She had me drop off my personal tax documents at an office in Racine, but has her office in Kenosha. So, other than a phone conversation, I’ve never met her, but from the minimal interaction, I strongly advise to seek services elsewhere.

She had us on a pre payment plan for the next year, while our 2024 taxes were not being paid. Thanks for an alert IRS agent for attention to detail. Please reconsider this place. H&R block would have done better.
