Three occasions (X3), a discussion with Oshkosh staff on foreign currency exchange rates indicated that the rate is the current exchange rate plus a $30 shipping fee.(changes every 10 minutes) The truth is the cost is the current exchange rate Plus an approx. 9% fee???? plus, the $30 shipping cost??? If your Oshkosh team indicated this to any customer, they would not ask for exchange transactions at your bank!! Unacceptable service and lack of understanding of your own business by your employees!!!

Nobody in the bank 2 people sitting there doing absolutely nothing and they couldn’t open accounts up for me. Pretty sad. I can definitely tell Matt Backalars is not there. Just laziness, you’re getting paid to sit there but wouldn’t open an account for me. I walked out!

When your customers are more professional than your staff, that's not good. Update- I received a call back from the manager and she was very understanding and apologetic. I am happy I got a quick response about it. That was very nice.
