Three occasions (X3), a discussion with Oshkosh staff on foreign currency exchange rates indicated that the rate is the current exchange rate plus a $30 shipping fee.(changes every 10 minutes) The truth is the cost is the current exchange rate Plus an approx. 9% fee???? plus, the $30 shipping cost??? If your Oshkosh team indicated this to any customer, they would not ask for exchange transactions at your bank!! Unacceptable service and lack of understanding of your own business by your employees!!!
