- JCJessica CastroNov 26, 20251.0Needed a new debit card- unfriendly service. Was told to walk in with ID and it would be ready for pick up. Not the case. Felt like the teller was prying into my business asking why I need one?? Look in your computer sir I’m sure you can see why. Been with this “bank” since it was known as St Francis. Won’t return. Getting new bank.

Get it together, PNC. I will be changing banking institutions to something more reliable in town, because I can't make a trip out to Greendale every time I need to access an ATM.
