Branch manager Carrie exceeds your needs and If she does not have the answer she will put you in touch with someone who does! I'll drive 30min to an hour out of the way for their excellent services.

I was actually able to open a new account walking in on a Saturday unlike certain other banks that did not have time for me (US Bank) and required an “appointment.” Diamond Spencer assisted me immediately upon walking in and was very knowledgeable, helpful and courteous. I highly recommend PNC bank for your financial needs they are excellent!

Yet, I came back because I was very unhappy with another bank here in Waterford. I thought that there was a remainder or bad balance, and they removed it. So for that I am very happy! I don't know why people are giving them bad ratings, they're not a bad bank. I'd have you say to try them out. I appreciate PNC for taking that bad negative amount on my account--so in that I say "Thank you!"
