- CGcar guyJul 5, 20251.0My business uses pnc for all our transactions and deposits the last 7 year!! They delay cash atm deposits and card transactions which in end causes issues with the card being declined or card being locked for no reason!! Il make a 3k$ cash deposit or have 2500 in card transactions and my reciept will show available balance 5500$ for Wednesday. Thur and friday il use my.card and they will lock my card or claim i over drafted when i clearly have a reciept that shows i have money in my acount. Come the following week my transaction history will be corrected to show available balance on Wednesday along with purchases made Thursday and Friday and a stack of fees for Thursday and friday!!!! How can my bank say i have money in my account then fine me? But claim i dont have any money. Its a weird delay that takes places it even happens with cash deposits! Il be having my account audited by a third party and changing banks next week! This is fraud!

A staff member took our letter and when we turned to leave after explaining our concerns, the staff member followed us and then dropped the letter outside the front door. It may not be wrong in everyone's opinion for banks like PNC to fund climate change causing pipelines, but littering is a very disappointing response. We are continuing to keep everyone at this downtown Milwaukee PNC location in our prayers and hope that they will join us in calling for PNC to only fund renewable energy projects.

The staff is generally very attentive to you as a client and your needs whether it's a water, coffee or getting you a banker. Alex the Branch Manager is awesome. After telling him some of my goals as a small business owner, he's worked with me personally on many different occasions. I leave more knowledgeable and with a Bette piece of mind every time.
