  I nearly was scammed for a substantial amount of money. Valerie was an angel in helping that not happen. She and Melody took care of me patiently and were very knowledgeable. I have been a member of FVSB for 16 years and have always had great customer service.

  worst experience ever card randomly stops working have to constantly go in because fraudulent alert will come up when trying to purchase anything super inconvenient and overdraft fees are crazy.

  i've banked with fox valley savings bank for years but i'm extremely disappointed with their overdraft policy. They changed the fee from 28 to 30 dollars per transaction with only a 10 dollar grace limit feels excessive, especially for a bank that claims to support the local community. With the cost of living continuing to rise, policies like this make it harder on the very customers who have been loyal for years. Instead of helping customers, it feels like they're looking for more ways to profit. Unfortunately this has been enough for me to decide to switch banks. I expected better from a local institution.
