- KDkwamir duncanMar 19, 20261.0I do not recommend Expert help, I’ve used turbo tax since 2021 and filed my taxes by myself every year. Due to not wanting to file this year myself and what I thought would be quicker I selected Expert help and live agent to file my taxes for me. First time I’ve ever owed in taxes. I cannot say this was a pleasant experience cause it was not and I’m disappointed being that I have been a turbo tax customer for many years but I think this will be my last year filing with Turbo tax.
