The mobile app has been nothing short of a disaster and always is shut down. My business account here as well and the fees are ridiculous.

The representative refused to notarize the documents as I don't have Mortgage through PNC. I did tell her that I am a physician and I would appreciate if she could notarize the documents as my shift would start in 2 hours. She refused to help me out. Very poor customer service and won't recommend this branch even to my enemy. Rest of the country is trying their to help health care heroes in every way possible, PNC bank to the contrary doesn't care
