Ying was incredibly easy to work with, took the time to explain everything for me, and even found mistakes from my previous tax preparer who I paid an outrageous amount of money for. Is so wonderful to go to somebody who I don't feel intimidated by and have confidence that they are looking out for my best interest.

Had a terrible experience, rude people with very little explanation on the results. They seemed to get agitated when questions were ask. I will NEVER return!!!
