- JCJeffrey CurlMar 17, 20261.0Was disappointed in the service i received!!!!!!!!! Since TT opened an office in Vancouver, WA and you could deal with a live person face to face i immediatley signed up. The TT person filed the return and it was rejected. I had my financial adviser review and she said i was not getting credit for the QCD. The TT expert claimed the QCD deduction I made was not applicable because i took the standard deduction. I googled that question and found out that the QCD is also available even if you take the standard deduction - i provided this information to the TT preparer and he still didn't believe me. I finally had to get my finanacial adviser on the phone and we walked this guy through where to enter amounts and what boxes to check. After we finally convince him that it was correct(i also had the same problem with my 2024 return and had to file an amended return) he changed the return and my payment went from $18000 to $11000 and it was accepted by the IRS. After i left the TT office my financial adviser said "what an idiot" and i agree. TT is good at taking your money but not good at providing quality individuals! Not sure i would use the full service again - i can stumble around like he did and get it done without paying the full service fee. Will look at one of the other tax services next year. A 1 star review at best!

- PHPatricia HernandezMar 7, 20265.0Intuit TurboTax is great to use every year. The only thing I don't like is how much you charge to use your service. Before I used to not pay anything. The past couple of years I had to pay when I checked the box for free. I have paid $39, then last year was $49 and this year $129 + 11.35 tax $140.35 that is ridiculous I don't have that kind of money 😕😕 this part needs to change I could go to a tax prepared personal and pay less but I trust your system.
