  Trash. Beware if you have a name remotely similar to anyone else in your state of residence. They tried to tell me I had an outstanding balance with a company I have never opened an account with nor visited. None of my personal information matched the person they were looking for. Extremely predatory and unprofessional.

  After winning a small claims court case we were not able to collect any money from the judgement. I contacted Mike Kennedy of Alaska Cascade Financial Services in Sumner, Wa. We received excellent service from Mike Kennedy. He made sure we understood how a garnishment works. He listened and made suggestions. I had spent months trying to get the money owed to me. Finally one call to Mr Kennedy and he got the ball rolling. He is very knowledgeable and nice to work with. He kept in touch with us via phone calls and email. Got a check from the garnishment he collected pretty quick. I highly recommend Mr Kennedy and Alaska Cascade Financial Service. Thank you Mr Kennedy for taking such good care of us.

  It was a great experience working with this garnishment company. We were the party requesting the garnishment, and the owner, Mike, was extremely knowledgeable, realistic, and helpful throughout the process. While garnishment is never a favorable situation for the person affected, he handled everything with professionalism and respect for both sides. The process was efficient, clear, and well-managed from start to finish. Their financial policy was also one of the best we encountered and never felt pressured, unlike some other offices. Highly recommend.

  I accidentally called this number (one number off the original number I was meant to call) and he answered and asked who I was trying to call and when I stated the company he immediately hung up rudely without saying anything. I called back and shared that even though it was the wrong number, hanging up on me in an abrupt way without saying anything was rude. He responded, “well you called the wrong number” and hung up again before we could say anything. If this is how he handles business, it wasn’t a good impression. He obviously isn’t kind, considerate, or a caring person based on this interaction.

  absolute disaster! I gave them two collections to deal with, one with judgement which has gone nowhere after 5 years! 5 years and nothing happened or looks like is going to happen! The other one they were quick to collect on the bond charing me all kind of fees in the process! I would NOT recommend dealing with them ever!
