  Awesome, caring and helpful staff .... always go out of their way to help and provide a positive customer experience. Free checking really means free. They are also a credit Union so less fees and hoopla to jump through just to have some stranger hold our money.

  Really bad bank. Whenever you ge my a new card you have to call a company so you can use it to shop online. 1/10 would NOT recommend!

  Overall I really love having my account with Mountain West free checking account, no hidden fees perks for staring up with them . But this location has an outdated ATM that has malfunctioned on me multiple times causing inconvenience of course, never have I been offered even an apology for the malfunction. Everytime I actually have to go inside the custom service has been very poor and for this Im considering opening accounts elsewhere and I believe 2 star rating is justified.
