- JEJoni Ehman5 days ago1.0I am very disappointed with TurboTax. I was supposed to get over $5000 back and I got a check in the mail for 3750. I don’t understand I had help from an expert this year doing TurboTax was a nightmare, and I am totally disappointed by my taxes, which should’ve been better than previous years. I would appreciate an explanation and an adjustment in the price of this because this is ridiculous.

She texted me the morning that her office was being cleared out and needed to switch to phone appointment, which was fine for my situation. Then when time comes for my appointment i got no calls or messages. Waited around for an hour and decided to cancel. So taking my tax issues to HR Block. Thanks for ghosting me.

The agent who feigns expertise is not who I originally scheduled with, and he is unresponsive to my weeks of messages and calls to the agency regarding his decision to pause my return when it was made clear that his role as an expert was done as soon as all was paid for. I've now spoekn with several other "experts" who tell me they're escalating my complaint, and NOTHING is being done. Unfortunately, a star rating is required to post a review. One star is one too many.
