  We had used the same tax preparer for the last 4 years, expecting to use her again, however, she just kind of disappeared. This was really unsettling, especially for this tax year because we had quite a few major things happen in 2025 that heavily affected how we did our taxes and how much we would have to pay. It was the worst possible scenario for us! We started looking for someone else, mostly getting recommendations from friends, but most that we talked to were not taking anymore new clients. We were nervous about using just anyone, because of all the changes we had done in 2025. We had converted over a lot of money from a traditional 401K into a Roth IRA, both retired, sold a home, and are building a new home. One of us works full time for an employer, and one of us has a home business. All these things together made us nervous about having just anybody do our taxes. We had used Turbo tax before years earlier when our tax returns were pretty simple, but then changed when they started to get more complicated. My husband saw an ad for Turbo Tax where it hooks you up with a local CPA Tax preparation expert. We decided to try it out and went on thier site, did a couple clicks, answered a couple questions and all of a sudden we had an appointment scheduled for the following day about 10 minutes from our house! We took all our documents (we are pretty organized) and sat with her where she explained we needed to upload our documents onto the site by following the instructions. We went home and did just that! All of our documents got uploaded, we made another appointment for the following day to finish everything. At our appointment today she asked a few questions, clarified some answers and she was done! I was amazed at how smooth it went! PRIYA was very patient when I had trouble uploading some of my documents and walked me through a couple issues. She also found some deductions that we didnt know we were eligible for with my home business. She also got an underlayment penalty, due to not paying enough quartely, reduced for us by quite a bit! All in all we were amazed at how easy it was! And the cherry on top was the $150 it cost to do it all! We normally pay anywhere from $800 to $1000 to have our taxes done and this year would have been more due to a lot of things we did in 2025! The whole experience was awesome! Priya was amazing, and we would definitely use her again if we weren't moving to Florida! We will be using Turbo tax again next year as well! And we will be telling people about it! Thank you Priya and Turbo tax!

  She was amazing to work with, would make sure everything was correct and if it wasn't she would help trouble shoot and fix it. Next year we should be able to leave a tip.
