- JCJuan CastiblancoApr 14, 20261.0I am a small business owner. Not only did this firm accidentally claim my 1099s under someone else’s name, but they were arrogant and slow in handling the issue. I had to discover their mistake and urge them to fix it. On top of that, the co-owner Vance refused to take responsibility, and terminated services without fixing my issue. This firm is not to be trusted. Once great, under Mark Longnecker. I’m afraid Vance’s arrogance will run this firm into the ground. Do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache.
