This was particularly advantageous as I wanted direct interaction with a professional for this year’s tax filing, and I already had a Turbo account. I had questions regarding recent changes in tax laws, potential new tax situations, and specific forms. Using the Turbo link, I scheduled an appointment and was matched with Sylvia Saber. My initial meeting focused on understanding the process and addressing general inquiries; Sylvia answered all my questions effectively. I later opted for Turbo Assist, which allows self-filing with online support. While Turbo Assist provides access to online helpers, it only permits booking a single appointment with a specific expert through the platform. (For continuity with the same tax person, Turbo Full Service is recommended as it enables ongoing communication and follow-up appointments). Preferring to work with Sylvia throughout the process, I visited the office in person without an appointment for a second consultation due to the limitations of Turbo Assist. Sylvia accommodated me on short notice, reviewed two forms before my final e-file submission, and provided thorough guidance. Her expertise, professionalism, and patience were greatly appreciated. I am now confident in submitting my taxes and very satisfied with the assistance received from Sylvia and Turbo’s in-person services.
