I was matched with John, who did a thorough review of my return and found ways to save me money that I had missed. He also taught me some new things and was very kind and empathetic in his delivery. He is trustworthy and very knowledgeable, and I recommend partnering with him on your taxes if you get the chance! The space itself is cozy and comfortable, whether you're working on your taxes on your own or in a private booth working one-on-one. It really feels like a co-working space rather than a traditional tax office. They offer you coffee and water too, which is a nice touch. It's a great concept for people who prefer in-person help, and I would choose this location again in the future if I need tax help again!
