  A rating of 2.9 On Google i can 💯 agree Mr DEEP a banking representative could not even handle a SIMPLE ADDRESS CHANGE FOR A BUSINESS ACCOUNT!!! I don't know what upsets me more the fact i walked in said to the person at the counter I need to change the address on the account I was taking to Mr DEEPS office clearly he needs some training but he did not resolve the issue. This BRANCH SUCKS!!!

  This is by far the worst banking branch I’ve ever dealt with, and unfortunately, I’m stuck going here since it’s the closest PNC location to me. The employees seem uninterested in helping customers—you can walk in, stand there for minutes, and still not be acknowledged, even if the branch is completely empty. Although their posted hours say they close at 6 PM, if you arrive after 5 PM, they’ll just tell you they’re already closed—tellers have wrapped up, bankers are gone, and no one is willing to assist. It honestly feels like they’ll do anything to avoid working. I hate when I have tasks that require more than just the app’s online banking because it means I have to deal with this branch in person. I originally opened my PNC account at the Dumfries branch (which is now closed), and I miss it every day. Sadly, this Stonebridge location is now my only option, and it has been nothing but frustrating. PNC, please get it together!

  It's just not a good bank at all. Too many rules and regulations. Hard to get your own money out.
