- AAAshMar 18, 20251.0This is by far the worst banking branch I’ve ever dealt with, and unfortunately, I’m stuck going here since it’s the closest PNC location to me. The employees seem uninterested in helping customers—you can walk in, stand there for minutes, and still not be acknowledged, even if the branch is completely empty. Although their posted hours say they close at 6 PM, if you arrive after 5 PM, they’ll just tell you they’re already closed—tellers have wrapped up, bankers are gone, and no one is willing to assist. It honestly feels like they’ll do anything to avoid working. I hate when I have tasks that require more than just the app’s online banking because it means I have to deal with this branch in person. I originally opened my PNC account at the Dumfries branch (which is now closed), and I miss it every day. Sadly, this Stonebridge location is now my only option, and it has been nothing but frustrating. PNC, please get it together!
