  Went there this past Saturday waited over 1 hour to close my accounts a visiting manager assured me those accounts are closed shredded my debit card only to find out my accounts are still open because I get an email alert. By the way there was plenty of staff yet myself and another gentleman both waited patiently. This is exactly why I closed my accounts. Lack of customer service and support

  Chris the head teller is always very friendly and knowledgeable. He takes the time to make sure he’s giving you the correct answer instead of rushing you out the door!
