I cannot create a bank account without having direct deposit or a balance minimum. Among all this complication and inconvenience to pay my mortgage, one month I thought i paid it. I paid two monthly payments and the woman put one towards my principal. I didnt mean to pay it towards my principal. I clearly told her 2 monthly payments. Instead of pnc contacting me to save my credit score, they dropped my credit score over 100 points without reaching out to me first. Paying my mortgage was easy until pnc took over my mortgage. I wish they never bought out my mortgage.
