- NHNico HAug 9, 20251.0Horrible since the last time I went. I don't understand why they have 3-4 people working there, and only have one ATM that does everything. I came twice and it took over an hour to complete just a simple transaction of putting money into an account. And the estimated time for them to serve me was worse. And the worst thing is that the machine got stuck once and I had waited over half an hour for an ATM to help me. Then the next time it took like 15 minutes, they cut me off, and finally I was able to do what I needed to do after an hour and a half. This PNC Bank makes no sense, and the branch representatives tell you to go to another bank.
- SAScott AdamsJul 31, 20251.0I stopped in to deposit two checks and they refused to take my checks and make my deposit. They said deposits are only do e at the ATM. What are these guys there for. If I'm not mistaken these people work for all the account holder, they acted as if they are to good ro take my checks and they told me to go to a different branch location. I saw 4 four people in there and not one would help me. PNC should be ashamed of them self. As a business owner myself I would be out of bissiness if I treated my customers like this.

Today, I had a great experience with McDennis—his service was exceptional. It was truly one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had in any industry.
