- NHNico HAug 9, 20251.0Horrible since the last time I went. I don't understand why they have 3-4 people working there, and only have one ATM that does everything. I came twice and it took over an hour to complete just a simple transaction of putting money into an account. And the estimated time for them to serve me was worse. And the worst thing is that the machine got stuck once and I had waited over half an hour for an ATM to help me. Then the next time it took like 15 minutes, they cut me off, and finally I was able to do what I needed to do after an hour and a half. This PNC Bank makes no sense, and the branch representatives tell you to go to another bank.
