- SSSweetPea Schmitt5 days ago1.0She received my all tax information on March 9th. On April 13th I called her because she said my taxes would be done around 2 weeks after she received them. She told me she had an appointment and would call me right back that day. No call, so on April 14th I called and told her enough was enough. My husband and I went to her office to pick up our tax information. We ended up having to file an extension which cost us $40 and I was not happy with her excuses. Now even though we could have had our taxes done in an appropriate time, we now have to get them done. Stay away.
