Myra will sit with you and discuss next steps every time you see her. Furthermore, if you ask her, she will bring you in mid-way through the year and help with tax planning purposes. Highly recommended tax preparation.
- LTLinda TerrillFeb 16, 20211.0I had Myra prepare our taxes last year. She asked that I bring her copies of our 2018 paperwork as well for her to review. Everything went well and our 2019 taxes got filed, then a month or so later the IRS contacted us saying there was a mistake on our 2018 taxes. I called the office many, many times over the next month and left messages asking for the return of our 2018 taxes so I could check the information and possibly get her help in resolving the issue. I even went up to the office twice but it was locked and a note taped to the window saying to call and leave a message. It is now February 2021 and I still have not heard back nor received my paperwork. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!!
