  Lauren at the electric road location and Michelle know each other out side of work and will always agree with each other, even though they are wrong. I was mistreated horribly today as I was in the past by Michelle, I have made a report on her and against her but nobody has sent the information up to a higher up person to where they can deal with it.. the managers here at the loan Max locations are not fair they do not treat the customers fair. I was trying to report them today to corporate, they would not give me any number to anybody higher up except customer service... Whoever is the actual real manager or area manager please give me a call back I called in today and left my phone number... I have been treated unfairly and I think the public needs to know!!!
