  I was involved in a major car accident and suffered serious injuries. During that time, I needed someone with excellent communication because I am very detail-oriented and wanted to fully understand the process. A friend referred me to this law firm after the insurance companies were not communicating with me at all and were trying to take advantage of my lack of knowledge about the claims process. From the very beginning, the Massie office staff—especially the women in the office—were incredibly pleasant and helpful. They always answered my questions and never made me feel like I was calling too often or asking too many questions. If Joe was busy, he always made sure to call me back. He explained everything with precision and made sure I understood every step of the process. Most importantly, he worked hard to ensure I received a substantial payout. This law firm truly takes exceptional care of their clients and does not make you feel like you are just another case or a way to collect fees.I sincerely hope I am never in another car accident, but if I ever need a lawyer again for any accident-related issue, my first call will be to Joe.   He gets no stars i only put 1 because i need to post this but this dude he is one nasty somebody over the phone boyyy smh This man get very smart with people he pick. And choose who he wants to represent he mainly like to take on criminal and civil cases not bankruptcy cases as me pleading my situation he got smart with me and said i dont represent people who ALREADY HAVE lawyers I SAID OH OK well why would u let me explain my situation if u dont REPRESENT PEOPLE WHO ALREADY HAVE LAWYER THIS MAN GONE SAY “I DONT KNOW WHY U GETTING MAD WITH ME DONT GET MAD WITH ME” i hung up the phone he was loud smart mouthed and wrong. Its the way u hve to professionally with it i understand your fustration but maam i cant take the case inless u dismissed or discharge from the case in order for a lawyer to represent u idk what going on with people in this world the demonic energy it gives lordy.
