  Do NOT EVER bank here. We did a loan with them and had the WORST experience ever. I rarely write reviews or complain, however, in this case I had to. Below are the things we found to be problematic: 1) They do not have a secure site to upload sensitive documentation. We sent everything either via unsecure email or had to provide the documentation in person. 2) We started this process in early July and ended up closing in late September. 3) They require you to open a bank account with them in order to do a loan and payments to the loan can only be made from that account. 4) Their payoffs to our creditors had the wrong account #s and wrong amounts even after providing them with accurate information. (We are STILL dealing with our creditors to get a reimbursement.) 5) You must elect electronic statements for your bank account otherwise there is an additional fee. This is not our first experience with banks or loans. We have done several loans in the past (mortgages, cars, HELOCs, etc) and have several bank accounts with Navy Fed, USAA, Chase and others. None have ever been as painful as this. It was an extremely frustrating experience. Save yourself the headache and go somewhere else.
