- CJCash JohnsonJan 16, 20261.0Apparently all PNC bank branches in this area are not very customer friendly, so I just picked the closest one. Not a good experience what so ever. The only person that was somewhat helpful was the guy greeting you when you come in. He was new ( he told me that), and it's pretty hard to mess up "Could you wait here sir?" Do better PNC, at all of your branches.

I would encourage you to bank literally ANYWHERE else.
