The teller Barbie and Branch manager, Mrs. Joe, made my first visit welcoming and forever memorable considering I’m not from this state I was a bit nervous not knowing where I was and how the issue I came for would be handled which by the way was in seconds, resolved, Awesome! I advise anyone to bank here, you won’t regret it. Thank you so much 😊

- TDT DrewSep 19, 20201.0Banker Tara reprinted my debit card without me asking for it. This stopped my current card from working. She asked when could I come and pick it up. I requested that they allow my husband to pick the card up as he is a JOINT owner on the account with his own card already. She told me they do not allow that even though it was strictly her fault. I think it’s ridiculous that PNC wanted to drag me and my infant out in the middle of a pandemic to pick up a debit card they reprinted in error. Do not touch customer’s account if they have not called you and asked for assistance. When your employees make mistakes you should work with the customers to resolve them.
