I had a check that was on hold and really needed to pay my bills. Moshin was able to offer me solutions and even kept his promise of following up with me, once he reached an outcome for my check being on hold.He was able to get my check released before the 5 day hold. I was pleased with his friendliness and professionalism. It’s employees such as him that keep me coming back to this location. PNC Moshin is a great asset, please hire more employees like him.

The staff has no knowledge whats so ever they never welcome me for resolving my zelle account blocked. Maria who handled me to call pnc directly instead of coming here. Totally waste of my time.
