  Anum was amazing today! She was patient, kind, and professional. Good job! Michael, is another employer who has helped me out since working with him one year ago. These 2 employees deserve some form of recognition from their manager.

  Manager Moshin was amazing. I usually write bad reviews for unsatisfactory service, however this was a very pleasant experience. I had a check that was on hold and really needed to pay my bills. Moshin was able to offer me solutions and even kept his promise of following up with me, once he reached an outcome for my check being on hold.He was able to get my check released before the 5 day hold. I was pleased with his friendliness and professionalism. It’s employees such as him that keep me coming back to this location. PNC Moshin is a great asset, please hire more employees like him.

  Outstanding customer service at the branch . The manager "May" has outstanding customer service . She was supper helpful. She went out of her way to Assist my wife and I. Exceptional service

  Fatima K. provided exceptional assistance. She guided me through online banking, the account-opening process, and the use of the ATM with patience and clarity. Her professionalism, understanding, and willingness to go above and beyond were greatly appreciated.I would give her 10 or more stars. Maya bank manger was nice and sweet.Lyisa has been helpful when withdrawal off Mt card. Everyone else was nice at this location. Thank you for a wonderful experience.
