The teller who assisted me in accessing it was extremely rude. His name is Rahman. As soon as we entered the room, he inquired about the box number. I provided the number, but he searched for it in an unorganized folder. He repeated his question, and I reiterated the number on the key. He then responded with an unprofessional remark, stating that I should not act smart to him. This behavior was unacceptable and demonstrated a lack of customer service skills. I request that the branch manager review the footage and the conversation between Rahman and me. It is imperative that he receive appropriate training to improve his communication and interpersonal skills.
