  The branch manager should review this matter promptly. Today, I visited the branch to access my safe box. The teller who assisted me in accessing it was extremely rude. His name is Rahman. As soon as we entered the room, he inquired about the box number. I provided the number, but he searched for it in an unorganized folder. He repeated his question, and I reiterated the number on the key. He then responded with an unprofessional remark, stating that I should not act smart to him. This behavior was unacceptable and demonstrated a lack of customer service skills. I request that the branch manager review the footage and the conversation between Rahman and me. It is imperative that he receive appropriate training to improve his communication and interpersonal skills.

  Always have a great experience with the genuine customer service and appreciation as a customer. Thumbs up to very kind associates Rahman and Olesiya and Ramses he's good. And Liko, always a pleasure! Our encounter is greeted with a genuine share of "whats new, and how are you". I wish them Joy this holiday season. I always feel like VIP in this branch! 5 stars!

  I had a wonderful experience with Tasneem Malik today who helped me with my banking issues with utmost care and respect. She has a very strong knowledge of the banking processes and was very respectful and understanding in dealing with my needs. I would definitely give her 10 out of 10!
