  Highly recommend both Russell and Rawlings Cumbea. They are knowledgeable, patient, and take time to get to know their clients and their goals. I also appreciate how responsive they are when we have questions or concerns. They were also incredibly helpful navigating the college admissions process and weighing options for the cost.

  I’ve been working with Jen and Frankie for over 10 years, and they’ve truly been amazing. Not only have they helped me grow my portfolio, but they’ve also been there every step of the way with helpful advice—especially when it came to understanding and managing my kids’ 529 plans.
