- JHJonathan HillFeb 6, 20232.0I would not recommend this firm. They are not very transparent with their rates and time, which ends up with surprising bills. We stopped using their services after one year, but needed some documentation on the tax basis that they prepared. Rather than simply provide it, they said it would take a couple of weeks and cost $30 to "get it out of the archives". A couple days later we get an email saying they couldn't find it in the archives, but they were able to re-calculate it. They attached a picture of hand-written scribble and invoice for $250.
