  Went to PNC Chatham branch today to close out a loved who passed away account. I was helped by branch banker, Hayley Smallwood, and what an amazing, kind, and compassionate person and all out blessing she was. She made an experience that was painful a much more pleasant experience. While I dont have my own account with PNC, the service I've experienced with the Chatham branch between doing work deposits and this experience with Hayley has me highly considering moving to the Chatham PNC for my banking needs. Thank you Hayley, Cheryl, and the whole Chatham PNC team!

  The employees were quick to assist me. Rebecca was polite and thorough, she got me everything I needed in perfect time. The branch was very clean and professional, I will visit again.
