I've had just about every type of financial transaction with/through them - mortgage, car loans, personal loans, money market, savings, checking - all of it and in every one, the PNC staff has been exceptional in their knowledge and customer service.

When I asked the branch manager when the original employee I spoke to was going to be in, her response was “does it matter?” Very rude and unprofessional. Went to another branch and all of my needs were met with our confusion or rudeness.
