(TJ)May 13, 20241.0I meant to write this review a week ago, for starters the young man who greeted me was very professional and friendly! but the banker was not welcoming I came in to see if my deceased father had an account here after his passing as he had multiple accounts and left me on two, I wanted to make sure I had everything closed. She was very rude and seems to hate her job lol don't go into customer service if you're not going to be polite.

I chose to have a seat and wait to be acknowledged. Ralph Martinez approaches me and asks "Mam what are you here for?" The delivery was Sooooooo RUDE!! Not a Hello how are you doing today? Not a how can I help you today? This is how a customer of 10+ years is greeted and spoken to.. NO THANK YOU!! & if you only help people by appointment only SAY THAT! HAVE A SIGN ON YOUR DOOR MAKING CUSTOMERS AWARE OF THAT!! This "Universal Branch Specialist" needs to reevaluate his approach because it was completely unprofessional and off putting!! Wow PNC DO BETTER!!
- EEEarlFeb 1, 20191.0Just walked out of this branch at 3:00 on a Friday. In the lobby both teller windows were closed. Two of the offices had people helping customers. One office had an employee listening to a podcast, and the another office had an employee laughing it up with a friend/fellow employee. I waited in the lobby for a while, making sure each employee saw me. Not one "hello", "be with you in a minute", or anything that acknowledged I was there.
