These near criminals took BILLIONS in bailout dollars when THEY nearly collapsed the economy, and now they're charging us for basic services. I will NEVER open an account at PNC, and will make sure my businesses never use this scummy bank either.
- EEEarlFeb 1, 20191.0Just walked out of this branch at 3:00 on a Friday. In the lobby both teller windows were closed. Two of the offices had people helping customers. One office had an employee listening to a podcast, and the another office had an employee laughing it up with a friend/fellow employee. I waited in the lobby for a while, making sure each employee saw me. Not one "hello", "be with you in a minute", or anything that acknowledged I was there.
