- SSSarahJul 30, 20251.0What a terrible branch of an awful bank. I have been a PNC customer for 8 years. A few weeks ago, I consulted a banker at this branch. He told me I could get a PNC credit card to do a balance transfer. When I returned a week later to do just that, I was treated like dirt and the credit card offer was rescinded despite the fact that there had been no change to my account or credit score. I am closing my account today and couldn't be happier about it.
