  Somebody from this branch named Pedro keeps leaving me voicemails saying he’d like to chat, but provides no information on the subject. Four voicemails in the past week. Please tell me why you want to talk or stop calling.

  I just left the bank bc their atm literally stopped working during a deposit and they told me there is nothing they can do until they launch an investigation and will then hopefully receive my money??!! So let me get this right, your business messed up and now I have to wait on MY MONEY due to YOUR MACHINE/BANK FAULT??!! This location/branch is ALWAYS an issue and long wait time. At this point, I'm switching banks bc this should be the easy part of banking(depositing and withdrawing YOUR MONEY)!!And lastly, the branch manager is TERRIBLE and should be fired for not showing any empathy or understanding(I will say the teller. She understood and seemed empathetic)

  Be very cautious with this PNC branch!!! I’ve had multiple bad experiences that raise serious concerns about their ethics. A few years ago, they called offering a new credit card with a lower interest rate. I accepted—then they slashed the limit on my original card to $500, which was absurd given my income and credit history. More recently, after I declined another sales pitch and mentioned that past issue, both of my paid-off cards were suddenly closed without notice. It felt like retaliation for not engaging with their constant sales tactics. A bank shouldn’t act like a pushy sales floor. PNC’s practices feel shady and vindictive.
