- TSTyrone SingletaryOct 9, 20251.0Highly, highly DO NOT recommend M Squared Accounting for their tax services. We had used them in the past for our taxes and everything was OK then. But this year, it was a complete different story. Started the tax process with them per usual, but then they suddenly disappeared, no communication, no update, no anything. We've emailed repeatedly, called repeatedly and left messages repeatedly. No response. At this point, its been 7 months since we've heard from them with the tax deadline approaching. M Squared has been totally unprofessional and I know we are not in this boat alone because others have left similar reviews with similar experiences this year.
