  Customer services at this location is horrible. I have been with PNC for 9+ years and never had a problem till today. I couldn’t deposit a check online so I went in to the bank to deposit it quickly on my break. And Wendy Chavez the representative refused to deposit my check because I only had my ID and didn’t have my debit card also. She refused to me give any information on my account without both my Driver license and debit card. I had never had a bank refused service with just my ID. I will be closing my account after this coming pay period. I will go to a bank that appreciate my services. Thank you Wendy Chavez for refusing to give me service because I didn’t have my debit card on hand.
