  Great service at this Chantilly branch. They treat me like the client not criminal unlike the Ashburn, Va PNC location @ 44080 PIPELINE PLZ. ASHBURN, VA 20147. Continuation. I live in Ashburn, Va. Today I drove 25 minutes to come to this branch as they again are very good at what they do. Have excellent customer service and do not treat you like a criminal unlike PNC Ashburn- 44080 PIPELINE PLZ. ASHBURN, VA 20147 they treat you like a criminal and like you are bugging when you show up to do business

  I stopped in the branch on 2/2/24 I stood in line the teller was doing something with another teller she did not acknowledge me standing there I sit there about seven minutes and finally the guy said will be with you in a moment and she just kept talking another two minutes went by so I just walked out and left. I won’t return to that branch either. Poor Customer Service .

  I did wire transfer on July 25th in the branch and prior to that I had changed my account to not get charged if there is a domestic wire transfer as long as i keep certain amount of money in the account. when i went to the brunch there was't enough time for pnc system to update the change (require at least 24h, which i was not aware of) the bank end up charging me $30 wire charge. I called pnc customer service but they did not help me either. when i went to the branch I asked the lady, who did my wire transfer, about my account change and she said "yes everything should be ok and you not going to get charged as long as its domestic". THE BANK NEED TO TRAIN THEIR EMPLOYEE WELL! ITS RIDICULOUS TO GO THROUGH SUCH A THING AS A LOYAL CUSTOMER! Please contact me if you guys care about PNC customer at all!! or close your brunch, so we go somewhere else!!!
