  BEWARE! PNC bank has lost their minds by overdoing things with security processes. My example: I just needed to replace a lost debit card. It took them 10 days to get me the card. I tried numerous times to activate the card using the three different methods they offer. They eventually locked me out from trying. (It would have helped if they told me ahead of time they were sending a replacement pin which I needed to activate the card. I needed to use the new pin instead of the one I had been using for years! Oh, by the way, this new pin arrived to me 3 days after I had received my new debit card.) in the end, they are now requiring that I go to a local branch to complete the process. It is late on Saturday and they are closed on Monday for the holiday. GRRR!

  They are not transparent. What they say compared to what company policy shows online is contradictory. They pretty much lied to get me to open a account and then embarrassed me. I will be closing account and will never deal with lying people like this. The bad part was it was the manager, Zaheera, who did it. Very bad customer service experience. If I could give a zero, I would.

  I limit my visits to this particular branch as they treat their customers like criminals, went in there to withdraw cash had to show them, my ID, check card, credit card, then they had to send me a 4 digit pin, if I did not have everything set up custom I would trade PNC in for a pet monkey and call it a day Continuation. I live in Ashburn, Va. Today I drove 25 minutes to come to come to the Chantilly PNC Branch, as they again are very good at what they do. Have excellent customer service and do not treat you like a criminal unlike PNC Ashburn- 44080 PIPELINE PLZ. ASHBURN, VA 20147 they treat you like a criminal and like you are bugging when you show up to do business Adding on Nicole from pnc keeps calling me yet each time her back it just goes to her voicemail nice I guess they just hope this will go away horrible CS not shocked
