He was very helpful, informative, and never pushy — just genuinely pleasant to work with. Such a delight! Highly appreciate his excellent customer service.

I’ve been trying to call them for the past 10 days, and I left three messages for the assistant manager, Nadia, with no response. I actually spoke with Nadia once before, and she told me she would check on my issue and get back to me within 2–3 days. She never followed up. My issue goes back over three years. I closed my safe deposit box and handed the key to one of the employees, asking him to close it in their system. He never did, and I’ve been charged $116 every year since. When I call customer service, they tell me I have to speak to the branch, but no one at this branch ever returns my calls. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Ignoring customers and allowing an unresolved issue to continue for years is unacceptable. I’m very frustrated and still waiting for someone to finally fix this mistake.
