  I had a great experience at PNC Bank thanks to Hasan. He greeted us so warmly and helped us with a check we needed, patiently walking us through the entire process. He was very helpful, informative, and never pushy — just genuinely pleasant to work with. Such a delight! Highly appreciate his excellent customer service.

  I have had a terrible experience with this branch. I’ve been trying to call them for the past 10 days, and I left three messages for the assistant manager, Nadia, with no response. I actually spoke with Nadia once before, and she told me she would check on my issue and get back to me within 2–3 days. She never followed up. My issue goes back over three years. I closed my safe deposit box and handed the key to one of the employees, asking him to close it in their system. He never did, and I’ve been charged $116 every year since. When I call customer service, they tell me I have to speak to the branch, but no one at this branch ever returns my calls. This is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Ignoring customers and allowing an unresolved issue to continue for years is unacceptable. I’m very frustrated and still waiting for someone to finally fix this mistake.

  My very first banking experience in the United States was nothing short of remarkable. Having previously worked with banks in London and Istanbul, I was accustomed to receiving high-value treatment—though always tied to status as a “known” or “Premier” customer, never on a personal level. Here, however, I arrived as a complete newcomer. The bank knew nothing of my background or potential, and my husband, though long established with banks, had not yet even provided his information. From the moment we walked in, Diego greeted us warmly at the door, guided us to our seats, and later accompanied us to Jennifer’s office. What might have been a dull or tedious process was transformed into an experience of ease and friendliness. Diego, shadowing Jennifer, exemplified attentiveness and professionalism, and I have no doubt he will grow into an excellent banker. Jennifer, in turn, impressed me as already being a consummate professional—young, yet exceptionally skilled, and clearly a natural mentor. She made every step effortless. For the first time, I left a bank feeling genuinely valued, entirely independent of the size or nature of my transaction. Whoever recruited them should know that both Diego and Jennifer are true assets to the institution. Beyond the staff, even the branch’s design and atmosphere reflect a deliberate effort to create a calm and reassuring banking environment. I am delighted to have discovered such a bank—so close to my home—that not only facilitates transactions, but also treats its clients with dignity and care.

  Waited in the drive-they for over 15 minutes because the ATM does not work and the women told me they were busy helping customers inside. No one there to work the drive-thru. Awful customer service and had no care for the inconvenience that this is causing the customer. Closing my Account.
