They would have helped if the quit claim deed was for a house that the loan was with them for example. I was shocked as I've never been told this by any other bank before. Don't expect help unless you're relevant to them.

This was by far the worst PNC i ever been too on top of the one in Vienna being closed 30 mins before i got to this location. I honestly can’t wait to leave this bank.

I couldn’t be happier than with them. They are caring, responsible, helpful, and understanding. I say this because 1: I am horrible with money and math. 2: because out of the 12 people who work there, all have been nothing but helpful and amazing, and 3: because they help me with my money and my math.
